My background

My name is David L Howard and I am a board certified OB-GYN physician. I formed this foundation as a legal 501c3 non profit several years ago in 2018. I formed this foundation so that I could conduct charitable endeavors in a way that would also allow me to properly raise money to do so. All contributions to this non-profit are tax deductible as a charitable contribution because of the legal structure of the entity as a 501c3. I intend to focus on health care for the underserved, the forgotten, the downtrodden, and the poor without insurance.
